Size 6. I believe it fits around a US size 4-6 (Japanese 9-11).
The back is open.
The polka dots are all embroidered and very cute.
It has only been tried on, so I don't think there are any damages, but please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item as it has been in someone's possession once.
