This is a Vandoren OPTIMUM SL4 mouthpiece for soprano saxophone.
I purchased it new a long time ago. I recall selecting it from several options.
I am listing it now due to a change in my setup.
While there are signs of use, including dirt on the tip of the mouthpiece, it is in good working order for normal use.
It will be shipped in its original case, wrapped in bubble wrap, and sent via Takkyubin Compact.
I will answer any questions to the best of my ability.
