and the diameter of the upper joint of the oboe where the tube outlet contacts is 4.0mm.
This diameter difference creates resistance to the airflow, generating turbulence,
and hinders the freedom of musical expression by preventing the airflow from stabilizing quickly in phrases with large pitch differences.
