This is the Prospex Alpinist outdoor line from Seiko (SEIKO).
It is solar-powered, so there's no need to replace the battery, and it's equipped with many convenient features for climbing, such as an altimeter and barometer. The black-based design makes it versatile for a wide range of uses, from outdoor activities to everyday wear.
