Only used with American Truck Simulator.

Original brake mod is not included.
There are several holes on the pedal unit itself. These are likely marks from where aftermarket mods were attached. They may be usable if you plan to install mods.
The brake plate also has holes, and the hex screws have been replaced with Phillips head screws. This is likely to make heel-and-toe driving easier.

The box is included but is damaged.
As there are no internal dividers for securing the item, it has been packed with cushioning material to minimize movement. The outer shipping box (an unrelated box) also contains cushioning material, so there should be no issues.
