This is a Vandoren B40 mouthpiece for B♭ clarinet.
I selected this one from several at Yamano Music in Ginza.
The logo on the surface is slightly faded, and there is a slight feeling of use on the tip, but it has been used so little that there is no visible wear. I believe it can still be used for a long time.
