Repair parts for GARMIN etrex30, 2 sets (4 pieces)

This is for use when the power button cover, which also serves as a protector, is damaged.

Searching online reveals that similar malfunctions occur frequently, both domestically and internationally.
When this product was originally created, common repair methods included shaving down an eraser to fit, pressing with a pin during use, or sealing with tape.
These methods do not allow for continuous use of the etrex and are troublesome.
Therefore, we decided to create replacement parts using a layered 3D printer, and after confirming that repairs were possible, we began selling them to those facing similar issues.
Currently, complete replacement protector parts appear to be available overseas.

The material is TPU, a flexible plastic used in smartphone covers and similar items.

To attach, apply elastic adhesive to the edges and bond.
Absolutely do not apply adhesive to the cube part.
I have included a photo of the adhesive I used.
Just in case, this set includes two pieces, one of which (marked with a white dot) has a cube part that is approximately 0.1-0.3mm taller.

Since the start of sales in December 2021 until the end of August 2025, a total of 227 units have been purchased.

We have also received comments that it can be used with etrex20, etrex touch35, eTrex Touch 25J, and oregon450.
It appears to be possible to repair damage other than the power button as well.
However, repairability may depend on the button's position, the extent of damage, and individual variations in the etrex unit.

This product is intended to potentially allow etrex units that would otherwise be discarded due to unrepairable damage to be used at a lower cost.
While I was able to repair my etrex30, it is unclear if this will be possible for all etrex30 units.
Durability is also unknown; the edges of the cube part are thin, there is no waterproofing, and this is considered a temporary repair.
We offer no warranty whatsoever for this product or any malfunctions that may occur from its use.
