This is a table heater from Cleo Kogyo.
One unit is used and comes without the box, while the other is brand new and unused.
My son was a student preparing for exams, so I attached it to his desk. However, because we live in an extremely cold region, it had very little effect. We removed it and put it away soon after, so it's practically new.
