Purchased in Nepal in 1988.
I believe it was likely sold in Kathmandu by a Soviet Union or neighboring communist bloc mountaineering team to acquire foreign currency.
It's a copy of Wild Country Friends.
I used it regularly for crack climbing at places like Ogawayama. There is no damage.
