Mountain fold, valley fold. The Folded Check Border Dress uses a large, original check pattern. By neatly folding the white parts of the check at the chest with pleats, it creates a border pattern in that area. Although made from a single fabric, it's a unique dress that appears to have sections of borders, checks, and stripes. The front pleats are pressed down to the bust, while the pleats on the back body spread out from the upper part.
