Due to a busy work schedule, I haven't been able to play it at all, so as the current owner, I cannot answer any questions. My apologies.

I accidentally scratched it with a cutter when opening the package.

With the turbo switch,
it produces a thick, centered sound
that is very satisfying to play.
When the TONE is set to zero,
it produces a deep,
low-end sound like an upright bass.

I made
a fretless bass myself
and used it.
