Confirmed that it produces sound.
The sensor came off, so it has been secured with adhesive and epoxy putty. The clamp to fix the sensor is missing. Please fix it with double-sided tape or instant adhesive.
Since putty has been applied, even with the clamp, it would need to be thinly shaved, so I think it's better to attach it directly to the bridge with instant adhesive.
The sensor tip has a notch drilled, but it has been filled with putty.

The ground wire has rust. I haven't used the ground wire, so I've wrapped it around the plug.

There is no instruction manual or original box.
There are dirt and scratches.
This item has been modified in various ways, so it is not suitable for nervous individuals. It is intended for those who prioritize sound output above all else.
The tone is the characteristic scratchy sound of piezo pickups. It would be advisable to use an acoustic amp or preamp to soften the sound slightly. You can install it in the usual position, or try sandwiching it in the wing position of the bridge like an Underwood pickup for interesting results. This pickup, with its good volume and resistance to feedback, is being re-evaluated for modern jazz genres like fusion and smooth jazz.
