I researched this item for this listing and found very little information, so I believe it is likely quite rare. Similar items exist but are priced around 30,000 yen.
I remember well when I acquired it. While living in Europe, I went to Gibraltar (a British territory) on a business trip. Due to my flight schedule, I was wandering around town when I found this item, liked it, and purchased it.
There are three screw holes on the main body, so I believe the intended use is to fix it to a wall with wood screws or similar. I attached a magnet to the back and used it on the refrigerator or other magnetic surfaces. I will send it with the magnet attached, but it can be easily removed.
